With a 20 year career in Corporate Communications, and multiple Director of Communications roles under her belt, Louise is now a qualified leadership coach with the Institute of Leadership & Management.

She has worked as a Director of Communications within industry and the public sector, and at national level within the NHS, advising on large scale change and health advocacy programmes, thought leadership and national communications campaigns.
