- Salary: £38,000 per annum
Role Description
The Programme Lead will play a vital role in driving forward our place-based work, reducing inequalities in access to physical activity. You’ll bring people together across systems to create impactful, community-led change in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. Through strong partnerships, co-production, and innovative delivery, you’ll ensure local solutions meet the needs of those most at risk of exclusion.

What Does This Mean Day to Day?
- Convene and coordinate partners to create joined-up, place-based approaches to physical activity.
- Build strong relationships with community organisations and decision-makers.
- Support the co-production of activities, ensuring lived experience is at the heart of delivery.
- Develop and deliver knowledge-sharing opportunities across areas like system leadership and asset-based community development.
- Gather and analyse learning to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact.
- Drive a culture of accountability and collaboration across sectors.
