2024 has been a significant time for us as we’ve built our team to deliver on our bold ambitions. With a refreshed strategy guiding us to 2030, we’re focusing on designing out inactivity across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, working where we’re needed most to create healthier, more connected communities.

But growth isn’t just about us. It’s about what more we can do; reaching further, listening harder, and driving systems change that lasts. To get there, we’re bringing in new roles, new perspectives, and new energy.

The Roles on Offer

We’re looking for brilliant people to help us grow, adapt, and make an even bigger impact:

• Safeguarding and Welfare Advisor: Set the standard for safe, inclusive environments, ensuring everyone feels protected and welcomed in physical activity spaces.
• Programme Lead: Bring people and systems together to co-create solutions that tackle inequality and open doors to activity for all.
• Marketing Officer: Share our story, amplify our work, and inspire action through campaigns and content that truly connect.
• Development Officer: Children and Young People: Empower the next generation by creating pathways that are accessible, inclusive, and tailored to their needs.
• Business Support Officer: Keep us moving forward with the operational and governance support that lets our team thrive.

These roles reflect where we are now; scaling up, investing in impact, and setting a strong foundation for the future.
