Small Grants – now OPEN!

Archery GB is pleased to launch the ontarget small grants scheme for 2017 aimed at supporting grassroots projects. The aims of the scheme are to support the growth of archery clubs and activity, support the retention of archers, and increase the opportunities for more people to take part in archery.

The funding scheme has been established to encourage and support the development of new projects. We are particularly seeking projects that target to increase the number of people participating in archery, and helping more archers shoot more often.

The grant scheme has the following priorities:

  1. Club Development – Enhancing the archery experience for current participants by supporting the club to achieve one or more of the ontarget specialisms.
  2. Young People – Enhancing the archery experience for young people specifically, including supporting the club to achieve the young people specialism.
  3. Coaching – Qualifying new, or supporting existing, coaches with an aim of delivering more coaching within clubs.
  4. Social – Providing opportunities for archers to social and supporting club cohesion.

You can complete the application form online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/smallgrants2017 or contact the Development Team for a word document version.
