British Canoeing- Nominees invited to become a Coaching Rep
Our Coaching Representatives support paddlesport coaches locally. They provide a network of volunteers who offer a first point of contact for coaches and clubs on coaching related matters.
Each region is headed up by a Regional Coaching Representative (RCR). The role of RCR exists to provide co-ordinated support and development opportunities for coaches at a regional level. This is a volunteer role and the successful role holder will lead a team of Coaching Representatives appointed to support them in their activities. Each region is split into areas which are represented by Area Coaching Representative (ACR). The role of the Coaching Representative exists to support the RCR in providing development opportunities for regional coaches. ACRs provide Coaching Matters Events, coach mentoring opportunities and paddler pathway development.
