The Level 2 Qualification in Sports Leadership is a nationally recognised qualification that enables successful learners to lead groups of people in sport/activity, under indirect supervision.

The qualification teaches generic leadership skills such as organisation, planning, communication and teamwork through the medium of sport within the community. It is a fun and practical qualification with no entrance requirements or final examinations to sit.

Dates: Monday 9th April to Friday 13th April 2018

Time: 9.30-4pm each day

Location: Chase Terrace Technology College (Sportshall), Burntwood, Staffordshire WS7 2BY

Cost: Free!!

(Terms and conditions: If you live in the Lichfield district area and are age 16-25, a £10 deposit is required which you will get back on completion of the course. If you fall under this category then please do not book your place online, instead book your place through Tasmin Turner on Tasmin.Turner@lichfielddc.gov.uk

If you live outside of the Lichfield District area the course cost is £31 + booking fee)

Age: 15+ (You must turn 16 before November 1st 2018)

Volunteering Hours

You will be required to complete 10 hours volunteering for the qualification (where these hours are completed will determine which qualification you receive). You will be supported to find this placement.

Please note: your place will be confirmed upon completion of registration documents and course information which will be sent to you once you have booked your place.

In order to receive a full refund, you must give 7 working days’ notice prior to the start of the course. If less notice is given, the refund is not granted.
