Heart Research UK and Subway Health Heart Grants England

The Heart Research UK and Subway Health Heart Grants are open to community or voluntary organisations, registered charities or other not for profit organisations. Funds are available for new, original and innovative projects that actively promote Heart Health and help to prevent, or reduce, the risk of heart disease. Projects must run for a minimum of six months and generally no more than 12 months.
