Funding
Southern Staffordshire Community Energy Fund
Amount available: Up to £2,000
Deadline: Friday 31st January 2020
Suitable for: Constituted community groups, Constituted voluntary groups, Registered Charities, Social Enterprises, Owners or leaseholders of community buildings.
Description: The SSC Community Fund is available to community organisations in the Lichfield and Cannock Chase Districts to fund projects which address carbon reduction, energy savings and wider issues of sustainability.

Amount available: Various – based on need and merit
Deadline: Tuesday 25th February 2020
Suitable for: not-for-profit organisations, voluntary or community clubs, registered charities, community interest companies, and more (please follow the link in the title to find out more)
Description: This Girl Can invite you to share your ideas of how to get more local women more active. They welcome ideas with a short-term focus as well as those which will provide longer-term support to help women achieve sustainable behaviour change.

BBC Children in Need – Small Grants
Amount available: Up to £30,000 over 3 years – up to £10,000 a year
Deadline: Monday 16th March 2020
Suitable for: Charities and Non-for-profit organisations
Description: BBC Children in Need’s vision is that every child in the UK has a safe, happy and secure childhood and the chance to reach their potential. To work towards this objective, BBC Children in Need are welcoming applications from charities and non-for-profit organisations for projects that help better the lives of children who need it most; ranging from illness and disabilities to behavioural difficulties and significant deprivation.

Amount available: Over £10,000 per year
Deadline: Monday 4th May 2020
Suitable for: Charities and Non-for-profit organisations

At Sport Across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent, we want to celebrate the successes of local clubs, groups, charities and individuals in receiving funding for worth-while causes.
