South Staffordshire Training Academy offer courses to enable you to achieve these goals!
Our courses are fully accredited by the RLSS UK and the STA and run at our Leisure Centres in Wombourne, Cheslyn Hay and Codsall.
Our Swimming Teachers deliver the International Learn to Swim programme devised by the Swimming Teachers Association which teaches children both swimming strokes and water safety, building confidence in the water for non swimmers to advanced swimmers who can go on to join swimming clubs.
The National Pool Lifeguard Course syllabus enables students to gain registration as a fully qualified lifeguard and the opportunities to work both here and abroad are open to you.

We are always looking for qualified staff to join our team to assist with cover on a relief basis and we also have opportunities for contracted work from time to time.
