FA Coaching Disabled Footballers Course
Staffs FA are pleased to confirm that their next FA Coaching Disabled Footballers Course has been arranged and would like to invite you and/or your coaches to complete the upcoming courses at a discounted cost of £20 per person (usually £45 full price).
The course is designed to give football coaches and teacher’s ideas and practices for the inclusion of disabled players in football sessions whether in mainstream or impairment specific sessions.

Please Note To complete the course coaches must hold the FA Level 1 Coaching Football Qualification

Staffordshire Football Association Coach & Refereeing Course Bursary
The Staffordshire FA have secured some investment to provide coach education and referee course bursaries for the 2017/2018 season for Staffordshire coaches & referees with a disability to apply for.
This Bursary is a funding initiative set up to support our aim of increasing diversity amongst coaches and referees in Staffordshire and is specifically for those individuals who have physical, learning or mental impairments.
To access these bursaries you must meet the following criteria:
- Actively volunteer within a Staffordshire affiliated football club/league or agree to after a course
- Have physical, learning or mental health conditions, illnesses or impairments
- Become a member of the FA Licensed Coaches Club (For coaches only)
Bursaries will be available for individuals with a disability to complete one of the following courses:
- FA Level 1 Coaching Football (£50)
- FA Level 2 Coaching Football (£50)
- FA Refereeing (£50)
Please Note:
- You must apply for a bursary prior to booking onto a course
- You must use your bursary on a Staffordshire FA course
- Bursaries are limited and the opportunity will close once all funding has been allocated for the 2017/2018 season
