Work Experience:

My background is in Public Health, Health Improvement and Social Prescribing, working in Stoke, Staffordshire and Shropshire. I have also worked in community engagement, public health research and most recently led the Empowering Communities team at the Active Partnership for Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin.

When I am not working…

I love spending time with my family and being outdoors. I’m into running, walking and I enjoy teaching exercise classes in the community. I also find gardening a great way to relax.
