Thank you to our Summer School Games Volunteers 2016!

Two thousand aspiring young sports stars turned up at Keele University last Friday (24 June) to go head to head in 15 events at an Olympic-style competition.  Pupils have been taking part in months of competition and preparation to finally be selected as the cream of the crop from their local districts.  This Level 3 School Games Festival was the final competition in this sporting journey where all pupils were competing to become county champions.

However, without the help of all of the volunteers,  the event simply wouldn’t be able to run. Therefore, a huge thank you goes out to all of those people who volunteered their time including sport, media, young ambassadors and event volunteers.
