Mental Health in Sport and Physical Activity Workshop

This workshop is aimed at anyone interested in developing greater understanding on how physical activity, particularly running and athletics can help improve mental health and wellbeing, coaches, run leaders, and anyone involved in youth development.

Mental Health Champions and those interested in becoming a mental health champion for their club. The workshop will be an ideal opportunity to network with other people interested in developing skills and knowledge of how sport can help with mental health.

Free places are available to any member of a running club or track and field club within Staffordshire.
