Partners Sought for Thinking Active Project

The County Council and Sport Across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent are seeking partners to facilitate the delivery of their Thinking Active project. This project aims to deliver physical activity sessions to people identified at being of risk from vascular dementia.
