Programme Manager (Maternity Cover) – Andy Weston

“I have worked in Sports Development full-time since 1996, initially working for Stafford Borough Council and then from 2000 I have worked in Football.

Firstly, as the Development Manager for Staffordshire FA and for the last 7 years as the Development Manager for The English Schools’ FA developing and growing the game across the whole country.

I have been involved with Active Partnerships throughout my roles and was previously on the Board of the then called SASSOT as the NGB rep.

When I am not working I enjoy watching football and cricket in particular, and hopefully soon….back in a swimming pool, playing golf and supporting my daughters on the side of a netball court.

I am also on the committee of the local netball club. I also enjoy cooking and walking in the countryside.”
